Some time ago the States of the New order (a group of region-crashers who have got some of their members deleted before) entered the small region: "The Known Universe", they managed to get their delegate in regional control passworded the region, kicked out the natives (including the founder). I know this is a small region, and many may not be bothered but a violation of rule IS a violation.
Is this legal? If not I will report this.
Well, at first glance it looks a bit sus ...
The new delegate must within a certain period of time ( 24 hrs I * think * ) send the region pass-word out to the former inhabitants, well, to the native inhabitants. And the founder, naturally. Allowing them to return to their " home " region. The fact this seems to be a state of affairs over 2 days long casts shadow on the legality here.
* Also something about the psychology behind the posts on the region H.Q. strike me as both sychophantic and ... well the new delegate has an air of permanance in their state-ment, but aside from my little bit of pop-psychology thats all I can offer.
* Must admit, I'm surprised the Founder/Natives have not reported it yet, unless you are, ya, know, a native or something from there, (shrug)
* Oh, and I think your only allowed to boot so many natives, but that might be the feeder regions I'm thinking of ... ( shrug )
Not a Mod but I know my game rules.
1)The region was invaded and the delegate spot seized.
The new delegate p/worded the region and ejected nations,including the founder and left them on the ban list.
To eject with the p/word in effect and leave on the ban list is inexcusable and is a deatable offense.Report to the mods and the invader will be deated.
2) even though the founder was ejected,he still has access to region controls.All he has to do is log in and he can access region controls.
He can then remove the p/word and proceed to legally eject the invaders and leave them on the ban list.
If he chooses to reinstate his own p/word,he should unban as soon as he ejects.If you eject/ban with a p/word in effect,you must unban immediately.
