Is it possible to block certain nations from sending you telegrams?

I hope so, because this one jerk (don't remember his name), keeps sending me TGs saying "You suck you suck you suck (repeat about fifty times)," and s/he's REALLY getting on my nerves! :headbang:

That's wrong.
You can block telegrams from a nation once they send you a telegram. There's a check box, check the one next to the sender you want to ignore, and then, click the button at the bottom that says it will ignore them.
You also need to report abusive telegrams via the Getting Help page.
