I have tried to talk to the Mods before, but I am getting very abusive telegrams from a nation called Sergey and Sean, please help me!!

Don't delete the telegrams, and go to the Getting Help (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/-1/page=help) page. I'm not a mod, but that's what they'll tell you to do.
