Exactly. It's not the question itself (although, I still find that to be um....not funny), but all the things being said there-on after is terrible.

Now, as I was going to say, why lock it ? <- Rhetorical question alert.
Namely in that the only direct instances of " flamming " I saw was several ( and yes, I mean a minority here ) of players coming in and saying " OMFG ! Don't flame Christianity so ! Your be Smited by Mod now ! " ... once that was done, we all got back to debating.
Slightly different from the more classic "did Adam and Eve have belly buttons?".
