Locked?

How are we suppose to "bump" it if it's closed? Cogitation made it clear that if we kept it clean, we could continue discuss, or better yet, bump the topic to remind the Moderation staff in a week, which is now impossible considering the situation between Carinthe vs. Everybody was solved, apologized for, and moved on from middle of last week... and that's why it wasn't locked in the first place...

Yes, I understand that... but, when one Moderator says one thing and another comes along and does another thing, that not only shows us gamers the lack of cohesion between the mod squad, but it also shows the lack of communication between the group as well.

Yes, that would be my fault, as I directed EuroSoviets to it after a spat over recruitment prior to it being locked.
