I had this guy in my dossier, because he has annoyed me before, then I found out he was dead. So I went to the region, I find something there about you guys warning that region, and since I think this is the most appropriate place to post this, this is my question:
What happened there?

He's been declared permanently banned from NationStates. Specifically, using puppets to flame after being forumbanned. We were just eliminating some more of his puppets.
...oh, and if we want to post a warning in someone's region, it'll read as being from "NationStates Moderators" and won't have a link like national names do.

The official notation says only "Forum flaming" and doesn't get any more specific.

They both started a war in I.I. and flamed and cussed like drunk Irish truckdrivers. Plus, they acted like complete morons. I was one of the people flamed.
