Something wrong with a woman in a swimsuit?

Hmmm? Is that too offensive for a flag? Is this a convent?

It depends on the image itself... d'you have a link?

Why would it depend on the image? And no, I don't.

Well, no one can really give you a good definative answer if we can't see the picture. Suff like this is determined on a case by case basis I think. You can't paint all "woman in a swimuit" pictures with one brush - some show too much skin, feature racy poses, etc... But, off the bat I'd say no because I don't think a woman in a swimsuit is a flaglike image. (Non-flaglike images are prohibited, according to the little warning that comes up when you load a flag).

Erm... I know it's not really my place to ask and it's sort of unrelated to the thread, but I'm sort of curious. Was a nation of yours deleted/warned for having an inappropriate flag? That's how this thread passes off to me, sorry if I'm wrong though.

"Non-flaglike images are prohibited, "

Umm, there is no such message. Don't pretend/claim there is.

Merely browsing the first two pages in the region I came across:

I'm not pretending/claiming anything. I have a direct quote from the create a flag page, but you can look yourself if you like. Looking at the links though, I suppose that it is not heavily enforced (probably because the definition of non-flaglike can vary), but the warning is there. Note: Emphasis mine.

You can create an image on your computer and upload it as your nation's flag.

The image must be in JPEG (.jpg) format, 107x71 pixels in size, and no larger than 6KB. Images that don't conform will either not display properly or cause an error when you try to upload them.

Non-flag-like or inappropriate images are not permitted. Please don't post them.

If the flag is something offensive or is into the adult category it's not permitted. Everything else is OK. The flags that you point are legal (I like them :D )

Swastikas, nudity of any kind or sexually provocative pictures aren't allowed in flags, as far as I know. If your flag fell into any of these categories (which I think it did), then a mod most likely deleted it. However, you should probably wait for a mod to give you a more exact reason.
