Griefing check requested

The region of "God Loving People" seems to be under illegal attack by some organization called "kilroy".

I quote from the regional message board what the leader says: "all nations must support kilroy or be exiled".

Is this legal? I thought that if you took over a region you had to let all nations currently there stay, and that you couldn't kick them or force them to support you. Right?

Also, they kicked, or as they say "exiled" a nation already. Perhaps more than one.

Just an alert! I saw this and found it fishy!

[Moderator Edit - Cogitation] This isn't actually a griefing, so the original thread title was misleading. I assume that that was an honest mistake.
[Second Moderator Edit - Cogitation] Whoops! This was an invasion with UN multies.
The ban list is empty and there is no password. Thus, this is a legal invasion.

I'll remind the Delegate to be careful with his choice of words.

Just before I was about to send a telegram to the Delegate reminding him of the invasion rules, I decided to run a UN cheat scan. Guess what? UN multies. ...and they were reincarnations of nations busted for UN multying, before.

This is, therefore, not a legal invasion.

Nah, I could have handled that. But it's nice to have a legitimate problem cleared up.

I think he meant that he wouldn't have needed help to kick the invaders out.

Luckily for me, I don't need permission to kick invaders, though it is tricky :P
