Please IP-ban the nation of Roller Bobby.

This is the latest incarnation of a nation who has repeated moved his nation to our Region with the express ourpose of harrassing us, usually by posting profane messages in our Public forum...and this time is no exception. He has again psted profanity in our Public Regional Forum.

We have had trouble with this nation before, some of his previous incarnations have been Incorporated states of Hating, Rod Smart, and many, many others.

He was, I believe, IP-banned once already, but, since he uses comcast, the IP-addresses are recycled every few months, and it seems he can now come back and harrass once again.

Please re-nuke this guy.

Regional Message Board spam should be dealt with via the Getting Help (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/page=help) page.

I can attest to Roller Bobby's intent; he once spammed our regional CH board, and I ejected him, thinking nothing of it. In fact, after checking, he's still on my ban list. :p
