Free speech? Also personal slander, and libel. Particularly if it can be proven to have damaged the targets reputation.
And yes, I did study a bit of law here and there.
I didn't do a whole lot studying, (just a little business law and international law) so don't ask questions I can't answer.

Well, this isn't exaclty the United States of America. Nationstates is a voluntary online experience ran by private interests and based in another country. There is no such thing as free speech, and when the person in question violates the rules set forth in the Terms of Service agreement, they can be denied access and/or limited to their useage therein.


As far as being taken care of, yes it was.
