I can't decide what category the proposal Sexes rights (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=343329&page=1&pp=10) should go into. At first I thought human rights but

2. The Nation States United Nations calls upon all employers to abide by the following regulations :

a) Equal wages for all sexes.
b) Equal chance at employment/ranking for all sexes.
c) Equal benefits for all sexes.

may make it more social justice. Can you clear it up for me?

Thanks

Yeah, parts of #2 sound like "Social Justice" to me as you're reducing income inequality. I'll have to think about it, but if we Mods rule that it is "Social Justice", then you'll have to split this into two resolutions: One for "Human Rights" stuff and one for "Social Justice" stuff.

This part has a problem:
8. The Nation States United Nations states that this document is the 1st Codifying Act regarding Sexes Rights for all citizens of Nation States United Nations member states, and as a codifying act uniting any and all legislation which may effect citizens in relation to physical gender disposition, is open to future change by a future 2nd Codifying Act regarding Sexes Rights, as would a 2nd Codifying Act regarding Sexes Rights be open to future change by a 3rd Codifying Act regarding Sexes Rights and so on until such time as the Nation States United Nations decides to cease doing so, recognising that the process may be carried out yet in perpetuity.

You may not write a proposal that either contradicts or affirms game mechanics.

Proposing that a passed resolution be amended is a game mechanics proposal since the ability to amend a proposal has not yet been programmed into NationStates.

Once the ability IS programmed into NationStates, there will be no need to state that a proposal can be amended because the game mechanics will allow any proposal to be amended, by default.

The uncolored part of Part 8 is also game mechanics (specifically, affirming game mechanics) as it's saying that UN member nations must abide by the terms of the resolution. Game Mechanics dictates that all UN member nations have to accept the effects of passed UN resolutions on a nations numerical statistics. Thus, this is part of the proposal affirms game mechanics and is illegal under NationStates rules.

You'll have to drop Part 8 completely. I'll get back to you on Part 2.
