UN Resolution Submissions

I have written a proposition for the NS UN, which has been drafted three times and received no further feedback on changes. Now that it is prepared, I am seeking to enter this proposition as a proposal to the NS UN, but I lack the appropriate endorsements to do so.

As such, are there rules regarding co-ownership of resolutions, denying me permission to allow another nation to submit the proposal I have written, and simply giving myself credit in the closing lines of the document?

Option two:

Move to a region (like a feeder) where endorsements are easy to get and submit it yourself.

I've not read through your proposal, as long as your proposal doesn't violate any of the UN proposal rules (not a joke, not racist, not a repeat, not dealing in real world names), then I'll be happy to endorse you if you stay (even if temporary) in the International Democratic Union. I think you'll find that many regions are happy to have UN members stay with them for a while, and if you are interested in other regions, I can recommend a few.

It would be nice if *two* nations could submit resolutions, but I also think that the practice would be abused. To be honest, I've ghost written one resolution. I have two proposals floating around that are all but done. And I did a formatting and minor rework of one of the other resolutions that passed. Basically in my warped mind, I've had my tentacles wrapped around 4 things that have passed, and I have 2 more that I feel attached too, and plans for 4 more proposals / resolutions that I'm guessing somebody else might beat me to (well at least three of the ideas).

What I'm hinting at, is sometimes having your name in that list is worth it *just* once. :) If you feel like you can move regions for a bit, it is at least worth considering.

BTW there was a proposal in the queue this morning that did *not* have an active nation. Not just not in the UN, but the link was dead. I don't know how in the world that could happen, since I would have assumed that a nation submitting a proposal would be "Active".

While moving to another region for the purposes of the submission would be nice, I am working to expand my own region and bring in countries. It is a small region, and I am afraid my disappearance would signal the end of the region itself.

This could happen if a nation was DEATed very shortly following submission of their proposal.
