I am telegramming you asking you to unendorse Better Times. Why? Because he is in league with Great Bight and Francos Spain, he has only become leader to fool unsuspecting nations. He will pretend to be a fair delegate, but he will let Franco and Bight's allies/puppets gain endorsements, and eventually become delegate. And nobody wants another fiasco like the one we had before. There are plenty of other good nations who would be good delegate. But chief among them are The Twoslit Experiment and Great McFadden. Please unendorse Better Times and lend your endorsements to nations you can trust.

It has been sent an mass to all endorsees of Better Times, and it is full of false information. Therefore it is qualified as "unwanted" spam, and griefing. I remember there was a ruling about it, when the same thing happened to unendorse Francos Spain, last year.

As this telegram is not defamatory, such telegrams are legal as long as you don't violate spam rules*. I'll have to get back to you about what would constitute spam.
* For comparison: Someone, a long while ago, conducted a politicking campaign against LadyRebels, calling her a real-life racist. That was ruled defamatory.
