I'm invading a region right now, and I plan on refounding it, but there's one guy there who's inactive and I heard i could get deleted if I kick him, is that true? and what about that it has a founder? Although not in the region. what am I allowed to do?

Ejecting people from a region and then refounding (even if only one) is concidered griefing and will probably get you the DEAT. If there's a founder... Once the region dies, the founder will lose his founder powers and you'll be ok.

Basically, all you can do is sit and wait for that lone nation to die of inactivity or move out.

does is matter if the one nation is a native or not? he's been there 14 at least apparently, would that count as native? since we're trying to refound it from being refounded, so they're not really natives.

Ejecting that nation would be a Very Bad Idea.

I know for a fact that nation was sent the PW, if that helps at all, and was invited to rejoin the region. The region in question was Elite Conservative Army, and Anuminnas was the native.

Sigh. Moved to Moderation as it's now my concern. PSI-OPS is toast.

Its founder came back and ejected Hack!

A question with regards to founders and/or internally-elected delegates:
Can such an ejection stand?
I see he has password-protected the region
Panzerfaust 88 II then ejected Hack, but then he unbanned him.
With password protection in place however, is such an ejection legal?

Also -- What is the length of time for challenges to such occurences?
(per the previous post of Roman Ulyaoth suggesting their invasion action was a challenge to a previous re-founding -- would the old ECA members have a claim if they had not repeated what was claimed happened to them?)

founders can kick, ban and password all they want in their region..

I'm not a native, and he is the Founder. It's perfectly legal. Voice of Mud is my nation, but it's not one of my better known ones (like my Most Gloriously Modified ones with the KOA Kampgrounds flags). And, really, if I felt a need to be in the region I could easily look up the password in the Centre.

But, hey, if the Founder's back and paying attention, I'll just move VoM back to That Place Over There.

Whoops. Griefer Slayers is a KOA nation. Oh well, it's 88's region, so... meh.
