Last time I checked, it is only allowed if the nation is in a feeder region, or with permission from the leader of region that particular UN nation is in. We are still waiting for a word of the mods, in another thread.

I hope so.

Anyhow, I only ever recruited people who were in the pacifics from the UN ticker, so it doesn't matter overly.

I'd be darned if I knew where the thread was now, but Cog told me a few months back to stick to the feeder regions with recruiting telegrams - not the UN list.

I will try and find it, later.

Alright, cheers again. I thought it'd be boarderline, sine it's technicaly a UN feeder history:P but hey, it's prob not allowd, a Mod comment would be nice tho...

Cogitation made a post recently to the effect that recruitment telegrams are alright if the person doing the recruiting is doing in a feeder region, or has the explicit permission of the founder of the region.

I don't see how getting the names in the first place matters, so long as you don't spam regions that don't want it...

Not exactly correct. I thought we were talking about CH board posts, for which you either have to post in a feeder OR get Founder/Delegate permission.

I can't remember the rules for recruitment telegrams, so I suggest sticking to the feeders for now. I will get back to everyone with a ruling... eventually.
