A nation called "Hitlers Port-a potty" has been going around numerous random regions and has spammed the message board completely. I hope that this idiot shall be banned from NationStates. It is inappropriate trash-talk that he has spammed. Action should be taken by the moderators ASAP.
The German Empire, Canada, The Rejected Realms, and Antarctica are a few of the regions he spammed.

That is correct. The exact same was posted in The German Empire. Something different was posted in the USSR though.

Is there a way for the moderators to ban a person's IP address so they cannot make new nations from the same computer?

This is the second nation that this idiot has created to spam everyone's board. I did kick him from my region, but there was no use for that. I hope he will be deleted ASAP.
