Straight foward Q for the mods, one of my regions members, Hair Metal 2002 was booted from the UN then Deleted, why?

For the record: I am the Moderator who handled this case.

A nation called "Shiko-Tokigin" sent a spam telegram to someone. Upon investigation, I found it to be part of a ring of 7 UN multies.

Normally, small numbers of UN multies are merely ejected from the UN. However, if extensive multying activity is detected between a large enough group of nations, then they risk outright deletion. The tolerance becomes more strict if some of the nations were involved in other rulebreaking besides being UN multies.

The deleted nations in this case are:
'shiko-tokigin' <-- Spam telegram
'boobokittiefuq' <-- Sounds like "Boo Boo Kitty F---"; Offensive national name.
'hair_metal_2002'
'shifty_mcshaft'
'bluedrummerfly'
'no_name_island'
'sexy_parties_bdn'
