Alright, I've taken care of what I judge to be the main offender, The beserk dragon. There's not much I can do about the others, save for hope the deletion served as some sort of example for his cronies. I didn't find any evidence of multis, so I gave The beserk dragon the axe [emptying a region is an insta-DEAT] and was done with it. The regional password and ban lists have also been cleared, so feel free to repopulate.
