Should the UN Delegate be given access to Regional Control?

Well voting is closed. As there were only two votes out of..........6, the final vote might not be to your liking but tough. And don't try to blame, it is all your faults for not telegraming me and voting. The final answer is No. The UN Delegate will not be allowed to access regional control. And or all of you that do not know what regional control is, it is the control I have being founder to change the World FactBook entry, I think to change the name of the region and to block people. I hope you vote more in the next resolutions.

Recently, someone was ejected from the region due to the fact that it was in the UN and owned by someone with another country in the UN also in this region. This is why I am conducting another resolution, should they be allowed to stay in this region? Bear in mind, this is considered cheating in the game and is frowned upon by many in the game. Daniel Reynolds tried this and found himself ejected from KJO Global, both his nations.
