The first one is some kind of secret code or something. When you paste the title into a thread, it turns into that crazy mumbo jumbo there. The second one isn't II material anyhow. Thanks mods.
Edit: That "secret code" appears to be Russian. I guess I need to brush up on the languages of the world or something. Apologies. :(
