Adairia banning native people from their regions

Any reason why I was banned from the North Pacific? I rule Dark Diamond. Adairia recently came to power and demanded that I endorse them. When I said no, I was threatened to do so or I would be banned. Later after many talks I was in fact banned from my region. Now I am told I can come back if I endorse Adairia or leave the UN.
My nation is much older and much more advanced then Adairia. Adairia is abusing it's power and I ask the support of the mods and of my fellow nations of North Pacific to withdraw your endorsements from Adairia and to undo any other injustices it has caused.

I think this is, sadly, legal
I know this is the wrong forum for this post ;)

As long as he was a natively elected delegate, he is within his right to do what he has done.

I do not believe Adairia was native born. But is there not supposed to be a reason for banning? I have broken no rules. Being told to endorse or get banned is hardly legal.

This is legal. He does not need a reason to ban you. And you do not need to post two topics about the same thing.

The double post was an accident. After I had first posted my computer had locked up and I did not see my post. It was also moved to this forum rather then where it originaly was.
So Adairia is allowed to ban everyone in the region since Adairia is the Delegate? Explain how this is legal. Because someone does not want to endorse you does not give the right to ban. Also, if someone decides to run against you, or even voice their opinion and warn other nations about the threats, how is this banable?
If it is legal for what Adairia is doing. Then what is considered illegal?

If he is delegate, he can eject about 10% of the nations, without going against the rules. He wants to be a Dictator, and that is not against the rules. There are plenty of nice regios out there. I would move on, if I were you.

Quite right, well I appreciate the responses everyone. I don't care where I live to be honest, I suppose it was the principle of the matter that got me to carry this on. Thanks again for all the input and replies.

You're welcome, Dark Diamond; I'm only sorry you had to find out the hard way.

[Emphasis mine.]
That's a guideline for Invader Delegates. My understanding is that this case involves an Internal Delegate, so there's much more leeway. Additionally, Invader Delegates can't permanently ban natives while Internal Delegates can permanently ban other residents.
Case in point: "Francos Spain", Delegate of "The Pacific". He's the most famous example of this in NationStates.

Francos would have to eject over 600 nations to get just 10% out

hey, is any of you mods keeping track of that btw?

It also depends on the region, and the size of the region. 10% in a region of two nations is instant deletion

But they are not native. The LRA invaded the North Pacific and began botting natives.
