what do i do if there is someone in the forums who isn't breaking the rules, the contrary in fact, and is really bothering me? and a lot of other people?
it's getting to the point where i don't know if i can be around here anymore, and i'm afraid that if i say anything to them, all bloody hell will break loose, and thats the last thing i need.

do any of the mods, or anyone else for that matter, have any advice? how should i deal with such a situation?

many thanks.

Ignore them.

Has a funny feeling it's me you're talking about...

I recommend requesting a lock for your topic should they be as hellish as you say

Are they TG'ing (Telegram) you? If so, add a check mark next to the telegram, then in the bottom, you'll see a way to ignore them. It's pretty easy, so i'm not going to get into detail.

Are they messing with you on th forum? Let the mods know. If they say something, just ignore them, then do it. If he is still messing with you, but slips up and says something that can get his account deeted (deleted), then report it right away.

The following was taken from http://www.nationstates.net/pages/faq.html#etiquette . Go here to read the rest of the FAQ.

What can't I post?
Any content that is:

obscene
illegal
threatening
malicious
defamatory
spam

If they posts anything that fits into any of these categories, then you should contact the mod ASAP.

If they create a new account to harass you, get the mods on it. Just don't give them a reaction. You could end up persecuting yourself by doing that.

no no, its none of that. that stuff is much easier to deal with... nevermind. its too complicated, i'll just tough it and stop whining.

or i'll just learn some new zen stuff or whatever to prevent them from pissing me off.
