OK well, stupid old me. I decided to click the link which leads to me joining the UN, it told me I'd receive a telegram soon enough. But I don't even want to join the UN, I just thought there would be a safety system which would not make me join in 1 click.

All I wanted to see is how I could apply, I didn't want to apply. So please if anyone receives my application ignore it, or reject it or whatever. Just don't make me a UN member.

Don't worry: even if you do join, the first time you go to the UN you can click the "resign from UN" button.

It's more than one click, actually. You should receive an email to verify your request to join the UN- this email will contain a link in it. You won't join the UN unless you click that link. So if you don't want to join the UN, just delete that email, problem solved! =)

Phew, happy there's still a safety system for ahum people like me. We wouldn't want the principles of my country to suddenly change overnight now would we.
