I lost a nation I had a few months back (MazTekia) is it possible that it can be reinstated, or is there a process I need to do because I couldn't find it...

If you lost it because of inactivity, post via the Getting Help page (in the FAQ). http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/-1/page=help
If you lost it because it was deleted for a rules infraction, the moderators will not reinstate it.
