I think you better just go make a new nation. "Stalin the Warmonger" or something like that. Rape isn't someting to take lightly or to joke about and it's obvious that, regardless of your intention, that name would be reason enough for deletion.

The general rule of the Mods is that if you have a nation deleted (that's deleted by the Mods for some offense, not deleted for inactivity) then it won't be reinstated, no matter how good your argument is. People have tried to win over the Mods, and people have failed.
I suggest you make a new nation. Unless it died of inactivity, in which case, ask a Mod.
But i didnt mean any harm anyhow ive done stalin the peaceful is that better or are they gonna delete that :twisted:
That is, of course, a general rule. There are rumors of one or two mod-deleted nations having been rezzed. But don't expect it.
