My region

In light of my recent deletion, I have lost many things. Posts, threads, ... those can't be brought back. My region however is without a founder. It has a delegate, but I fear that my region is now susceptible to invaders.

I was wondering if there was anyway I could be made founder of my region again? I can provide you with any proof you require that I am the same person who created it. And numerous people can vouch for me if need be.

Can this be done?

It doesn't look like a "special" circumstance.

<--- not a mod.

Does it need to be? What is a special circumstance? If it is my region, then can't I request it back?

The mods do not make founders of a region except in 'special' circumstances, which include being a very large region or having sustained a massive griefing.

Otherwise, your only option is to ask everyone to leave the region, let it expire, and refound it. Note that if you chose to do this, you may not kick anyone from the region to accomplish this, and you have to be aware of the risk that someone might refound it before you get to it.

Correct on all counts.

Foundership is a property of nations, not of players. If you lose the Founder nation, you lose the Foundership.

Founders are not appointed unless a Game Moderator judges the situation to be exceptional. Although this is largely up to Moderator discretion, the fact that the previous Founder was deleted for rulebreaking is a very strong factor against appointing a new Founder.

NationStates Game ModeratorYou are allowed to eject a small number of players though aren't you Cog? As in the normal course of region management.

Otherwise BV I suggest you make New Adelaide
