Could my nation be deleted then rose again in August .
I will be busy all summer and do not want extra population added to my nation while I am gone.

Mods don't delete nations on request. You'll have to let it die of inactivity by not logging in for 28 days.
If you let it die and want it back again in August, file a report asking for your nation to be revived via the getting help page http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/-1/page=help

Correct on both counts.
Please make sure that you have an up-to-date E-mail address assigned to the nation AND that you will still have that E-mail account when you are ready to return. This is vital if you want to use the "Forgotten Password" function.
Either that, or remember your password.
I recommend both.
