I totally understand now, though at what point can disinformation be considered flaming or even impersonation?

i'm keeping a close eye on it, and would just like to know that if it continues and elevates, if its alrite for me to file reports even though i've been told that it is valid?
so then ya'll can decide if it's beyond the line or not, is that alrite?

Disinformation is okay, spam is not and imitation is not... so if someone made a nation called "Da Kommissar" and tried to pretend to be you to fool others, that'd be wrong and it would be deleted.

Mister Noname "from High Command" is allowable, though, because High Command just has to say "don't listen to him, he's a phony."
