how do you "REPORT" and nation for a bad telegram
You need to file a report via the Getting Help Page (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/-1/page=help). There is an option for posting/sending abusive messages, select that. However, it is important that you don't delete the Telegrams. If you delete the Telegrams, a mod can't help you. Remember to be as detailed as you can in your report. I hope that helps you out.
