Seems I mostly read upsetting replies to NS moderation decisions.
I just wanted to in a small way send a note of thanks for your work.

To be sure, I am jubilant because my nation was restored.
As a side benefit and yet another unexpected NS experience, I have found about how one can reach Lazarus!

Of course after such events I again re-read NS rules. However, I haven't come across forum notes regarding Lazarus region and its unique role within NationStates. Any threads or guidance in this knowledge quest would be appreciated.

Lazarus is simpy, where resurrected nations go after they are resurrected. It has a Founder because it was griefed a while ago, the Founder is the admin...i think.

Nothing much happens there because a lot of the nations there have never been logged into.

Every so often a Delegate appears but they never stay for long and not else happens there.
