Is it legal for Founders to create regions, such as Free Radio Tower, specifically for nations to regional recruit on the CH boards (as against NS rules)?

I'm curious, as they've just sprung up recently, and wonder if a ruling has been made that if a Founder waves the right to allow regional recruiting to take place in their region, whether or not doing so will warrant a warning from the moderation team?

I don't think the moderators take action unless someone complains about the advertising, but I'm not entirely sure. I mean, if the founder of the region doesn't mind, I can't see why the mods would issue a warning.

This is sort of like the question that sprung up in the Warzones. Some people said that since spam was ok, that regional advertising was ok as well. I forgot what the mods said about that.

If you explicitly allow regional adverts in your region, then it's fine for people to advertise there.
