You are a son of a bitch FWS. To suggest that the Soviet Union fell apart because the percentage of whites in the USSR dropped to 50%. Lets ignore the corruption, inflation, a costly war in Afganhistan, and the demands of the people for reforms. Also, Reagon increased defense spendly greatly in the US, the USSR tryed to keep up, but inflation increased, finally the people had enough, and after what, 3 coupes? They finally instituted an at least semi democratic system of goverment.
