The Endangered Species Program has volunteered your region as a choice region to help preserve a national animal, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation. As such, the animals are fleeing my nations borders for new forests to live in, grow in numbers and come back from near extinction. So, I’m just going to sit here for a little while and let the little fella’s meander into other nations nearby. Just be careful with the critters, they are known to have an ‘explosive’ temper and they have a really short ‘fuse’. In fact, it is theorized that the forests are gone because of the animal’s temperament.
Just a few warnings if you do see one of my animals in your nation:
Warning: Pregnant women, the elderly and children under 10 should avoid prolonged exposure to The national animal.
The national animal may stick to certain types of skin.
Do not run from it as it will provoke an attack, as will:
Looking at it, breathing near it, talking about them, speaking their name, touching them, tagging them, or shaking them.
Do not taunt the animal, no flash photography, do not feed them, do not read poetry to them, do not try to convert them, do not tamper with their hardware.
Do not let them near any hot or cold areas, or they may turn into really hot areas.
They like really large cities and may choose reside there for a while, do not be alarmed, they are merely going to their natural mating grounds to increase their numbers. Be warned, they are easily agitated during these times as they are protective of their young and you should be even more wary about them. For some reason, they do not like deserts and seem to avoid those areas. If you do not want to come into contact with one of the animals that enter your territory, we recommend moving out into the desert.

If he wanted to report someone for spamming his region, he should have either sent a TG to the nation in question and/or reported it to moderation. Instead, he came to our region and spammed us with this super long, pointless message and clogged up the HQ.
I'm asking that the mods remove the message from our Civil HQ and remove the nation from the region. Our founder is inactive and I don't have access to regional controls.
