good lord, is he still at it, I remember when I was Delegate of Germany and he first lost it, went all "Loopy" and started spamming the place, I recall, Parratoga and her Beau text People got him riled up so as to draw the heat from thenselves.

I've never heard of him.
He was delegate of Ireland, about a year ago. Then he was fine but soon afterwards he started posting white power tirades and going completely mad.
