I know that you can do region advertisements once a day in the feeder regions (the Pacifics and the Rejected Realms), but can you do other types of advertisements? My region started up a RP bank and are trying to get accounts. One of my region mates said he went through the Pacifics and "and some of the more RL type regions like America etc, and got a message from the mods saying I shouldn't do it again."
I know that he deserved the warn for advertising in America, but can we advertise our bank in the feeders (following the rules for regional advertising)? I think that we can, since it's not spam, but this question stumped me, so I decided to come here and ask it.
