OK. I was deleted for spam I guess, I never saw a warning.. OK no big deal. I'm dead.

I see that I was ejected from the UN for "rule violations"

what rules did I break there?

I did ask originally. The UN ejection prior to deletion is a fairly common procedure, it is just someone being thorough. And, if a rare event occurs and a nation does get resurrected, the previous owner might be a UN member again, and will get flagged as a multi the moment they log in. Then there is stuff to do with phantom endorsements. I wouldn't worry about it.
