Region Griefing is the malicious cousin of "region crashing". Where "crashing" involves moving several nations into a region at once and taking over the delegate-ship, griefing involves less savoury events afterwards.

According to this definition, Cuba has been griefed. While the natives are not being permanently banned, the definition applies. Monosound appears to have been the mastermind, Palmlands the implementer.

Actually, it looks perfectly legal.

A small number of natives were ejected, and promptly removed from the ban list. The telegram with the password isn't confusing, and has been sent. I see nothing illegal here.

And justice was done. Cuba is back in the hands of the rigthful delegate.

I had my guys invade Cuba because like it says now "Invasions must end"
