Since they all are one way movements it seems to me as though someone went psycho on the "Move to region" button because of a slow server more than a malicious and purposeful attempt at spamming.

Yeah. That couldn't happen on purpose.

Except this person has been someone who has been deleted before, and he is moving from Forum 7 to forum 7, why would he even click move to forum 7 if he was there.

Regional Happenings build up like that when someone clicks move too many times.
