I think I accidently put someone on my ignore list but I don't see a button on either the telegram screen or the nation description screen to see who is on my ignore list. Is there anyway to check the ignore list?

If no ignore list is present, then, there is nobody on your telegram ignore list. It will appear if you chose to ignore someone, checked the box to do so, and then ignored them.

You can't see your ignore list, if there is no TG in your box. To find out if there's someone on that list, have a friend send you a TG, or let a puppet nation send you a TG.
