I recently became the new delegate for Nazi Europe, and I am giving the password for the region to Nazi Europe natives if they ask for it (I'm a NE Native myself), however, just wondered if you could help me, The People's Republic of Socialist TarotReaders is asking for the regional password, but I'm not sure if he classes as a native, he says he does but none of the other NE natives remember him as a native as I think he was part of the invasion that took place a couple of weeks ago, is there any way you could check this for me as to whether he is a NE native or not?
Thankyou.

You must telegram all natives with the password whether they ask for it or not. If you don't then it is considered to be griefing and you can be deated.
<---not a mod but I do have experience with invading and defending.

that only goes for invader delegates though, not for native delegates..

If you are a native yourself, there is no need to give the password to anybody, unless you are mostly endorsed by nations who were not in the region before you became delegate.

If you're a native delegate, with native endorsements, you do not have to telegram the password to anyone.
Question, we can eject a spy, correct? Its in the revised rules, spy is not a native though is supposedly not official, But I am assuming it made it there for a reason. Tarot is linked to invaders, he is a spy.

Essentially, you're confusing invader rules with native rules.
Natives have a great deal more leeway with their activities than invaders. Native Delegates do not need to telegram the password to people. It would be nice of them, but they don't have to. Likewise, they have much greater powers for ejecting people. They still can't go hog-wild with ejections, but they can kick a few people out if they want. They also don't need to clear the banlist.
And, of course, Founders have even more allowances, but we neededn't worry about that here.
