The titles in question this time are the ones being awarded by [reploidproductions] in a weekly (or so) raffle. There's a thread about them in Gameplay and General

Look into the first thread in General! People can get custom titles by Reploid. you need to send an email for the title, which is currently up for grabs and then hope you have luck.
