So I see after complaining to the Moderators about bad behavior previously in NE, UN delegate Panzerfaust 88 is being hypocritical.

Doesn't he need to give the password to all natives of NAZI EUROPE?

if he is a locally elected delegate he doesnt have to give it out to anyone,

the moderators cannot retrieve a password for a region for you, as that is cheating,
now if you are a native and the delegate who locked you out isnt, then they can order him to give it to you, if he refuses they will boot him from the UN.

other than that without knwoing any further background to your story, I cannot determine any further.

(note Loop isnt a Mod but knows a bit about invasion)

With all due respect, UN delegate Panzerfaust 88, I am requesting once again the regional password for NAZI EUROPE.

If the deceased founder Hitlers austria is able to rise up from morbidity and in his multiple re-incarnations have password access, surely are not the rest of us, with all due respect, LIVING natives and denizens of NAZI EUROPE worthy of comparable consideration?

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The PW has been the same since Panzer became native delegate, as for how the former founder got it...I have no idea, I am not entirely sure half the time we knew who he was, he has switched names many times. His knowledge of a former pw we use indicates he was not an invader..he may have recieved a pw from someone using that knowledge to give it to him.

Right now Dos is in the hands of the mods (as you can see he is gone again) and is seperate from the other natives. Since he is not an invader or an invaders spy his knowledge of the pw doesn't really matter, since its made to keep out region crashers, hence the reason you two don't have it. Whether we bar him from NE or not won't change what he is doing..may even make it worse for everyone. Hopefully Violet will deal with it soon.

This is not a reason to give out the pw either way as it is unrelated. If the Mods wish, I am sure Panzer would be more than willing to change the pw so he can't get in anymore..but there really isn't any compelling reason to do it, unless its what the mods want..he is getting deleted no matter where he goes.

I am rather surprised with The Confederate Empire's attempt at "not being entirely sure..." about why Hitlers austria / Puerto Centro clones keep rising from the NS cemetary and waltzing into NAZI EUROPE and Imperial Europe time and again to flame the moderators and others like me.

Instead, The Confederate Empire says --
"His knowledge of a former pw we use indicates he was not an invader"

The Confederate Empire also says --
"Since he was not an invader spy his knowledge of the pw doesn't really matter."

This does matter. Here we have a situation where the regions' founder can rise from the dead with another Mod-flaming nation and is aided and abetted by fellow players. How are we going to trust someone, with all due respect Panzerfaust 88, someone who has yet to act on their own to remedy the situation simply by changing the password?!

Additionally, this DOES indicate that NE's UN delegate, Panzerfaust 88, like it or not, aware or not, is COMPLICIT with the DOS clones' repeated violation of NS rules, by allowing him free reign to flame on the Civil Headquarters. This is clearly not the first time it has happened.

Indeed, it happened so much from Imperial Europe (another creation of Puerto Centro) that when Puerto Centro's namesake made one big last burst of flame against the moderators, NationStates moderators posted: "Good riddance" in IE's World Factbook Entry in reply!

I think there is a very simple solution to this mess. Any region founded by a NS player who is placed on the NationStates "Delete On Sight" list should be emptyed out of its nations and cease to exist, never to return to NS.

A new region similar in form to The Rejected Realms could be set up to receive the remaining nations and be named instead THE REFUGEE REALMS. Offending regions could be then uniformally emptyed of their nations without regard to their UN or native status, and automatically informed by telegram from "the NationStates Refugee Ministry."

The heartache and grief individual NS players feel the world over would be eased tremendously. Please consider this solution to this otherwise vexing problem.

:roll: I am amazed that one would even desire to be a "native" of such a place with such a grievious founder! The best thing to do is put the offending founders' regions out of our misery!

This is silly. THe mods are dealing with DOS. The region pw is doing what it should be, and legally allowed to do. Panzer is acting within the rules. And he is more than willing to listen to anything the mods desire.

And please do not use this issue to push your own goals regarding the region. If you don't like Nazi Europe. You can leave it any time. Don't complain when you choose to remain there.

As evidence -- please note that Hitlers austria's clones once again have made an appearance again today in NAZI EUROPE -- and he threatened my nation this morning with this posting in the Civil HQ (From yet another clone named "The Kingdom of NE founder with a DOS"--

The Moderators can easily deal with DOS / Puerto Centro / Hitlers austria and his abuse of all NS players simply by moderation emptying of regions founded by nations on a "Delete On Sight" list and allowing the regions founded by them to simply cease to exist.

Confederate Empire -- Would rather the moderators delete your Panzerfaust UN delegate of NE, for allowing day two (that I have recorded!) of this abuse? Panzerfaust can change the password and not tell that wacko!

Of course, we would also have to trust you and your fellow defenders of this silliness not to tell him -- I think it is easier to simply delete the regions from NationStates!

Since he can go anywhere assuming its not pw protected !? are you going to delete every delegate that happens not to eject him or there region? He is a mods concern, we don't control him at all. WE can possibly keep him out of NE but it does nothing for everywhere else...which is the point you all seem to be missing his getting in has nothing to do with his continued returns. He can threaten you till he turns blue, but he has no control to do anything.

Which leads to another point which is..your attempt to use this to get something else done..something you want done having nothing really to do with the former founder. HE can do what he is doing forever as long as this one thing you desire is done, the deletion of Nazi Europe.
