forum7 was always intended to be temporary,as the moderators are against having a designated spam forum if you're bored check out the genaral forum .In fact it was originally planed to be deleted during the Jolt move.

Vanataria is pretty much correct. It was a temporary deal, and we have a no-spam-forum policy.
