What is FUA? I'm told that I am not permitted to speak of it, but I don't even know what it is. Could someone please tell me what FUA is?

It is an offline forum, composed in large part of people banned from this site or with deletions / warnings on their record. A section of it is defamatory to the users of this site, and there are also occasional pop-up porn ads.

Thus linking to and discussion of this forum is prohibited.

i have never gotten a porn pop up there, and it is obvious that the deat will talk ill of the mods.

It is only fair that if someone asks a reasonable question in the Moderation Forum, it be answered.

1) Most of the members have NOT been deleted from NS.

Might I suggest for peace of mind that one of our talented Moderator Staff play the "Movement of The Thread Locking" for our enjoyment, and to prevent another drawn out, "Its Not Fair, Let Us Link There ! " eventation ... ?

To reiterate what TG said: It's fine for an uninformed player to ask what FUA is and why it's banned from NationStates. Beyond that, discussion of FUA is prohibited. Linking to FUA is prohibited in all circumstances.
