You can't, and neither can the "mods." This is pure retaliation for the criticism they received in the Moderation thread addressing "A Quick Question About Raids, Sort of....." You might expect this behavior from an adolescent who had their feelings hurt, but from a moderator of NationStates?

So much for objectivity and fairness. The mods unfairly deleted the DEN founder nation, leaked the password to TITO as a favor to Grub for his improper deletion, and are maintaining the unfair condition of DEN even now. It is a complete fiasco.

Well I am no moderator but it looks like someone has taken over the region and ejected everyone through UN delegate controls. This once happend to me. you have done the right thing by asking for a Moderator and they may be able to get your region back.

DEN's been in the process of refounding for sometime. Perhaps, someone just beat them to it.

well, clearing the region by kicking the nations out isn't allowed..
normally i'd report it through the getting help page, but i'm not sure on this one..

Interesting...

First things first, the Mods did not disable Delegate controls. Unless it was done longer ago than I cared to look (namely, July of 2003).

Next, it appears the region was Hawked. Not fun, not fair, also not illegal.

Finally, about the ejections...

Most ejections in the region were done by the Founder, nothing illegal there. Now, taking CG's region data from the 12th, there were 8 nations in the region. Wopocracy appears to have booted 5 nations, two of which I can catagorically verify as natives (as one was the Founder).

Giving Wopocracy the benifit of the doubt means that of 8 nations, 2 natives and 3 non-natives were ejected, the other 3 left of their own accord. The non-natives don't count, leaving us with a 2/5ths ejection rate, or 40%.

I feel no compelling urge to act here, unless new information comes to light.
