I've been searching the forums for an answer and can't find it.Perhaps someone who knows more than I,or a mod can answer it.
Scenario: "Region A" gets invaded and a new delegate takes power. As per game rules, the delegate gives all natives the new p/word.
However,90% of the natives form and move to "Region B" .
Question: At what point or time frame are the residents of "Region B" no longer considered natives of "Region A" or will they always be considered natives?? :?

I think after a few days they are no longer natives but this is a great question.

I have an inkling this has been covered before, but,
...
Though, I would have personally thought that if the 90 % who left went to a new region formed by one of these 90 % to inhabit it, they would have self revoked their native status, while the 10 % who stayed would retain it and be granted the rights held by a native.
...
But, hey, * Awaits Moderation Staff response with interest *

If they Immeadiatly Leave and form a new region, then they are no longer natives. they have voluntarily given up their Status. Voluntarily Even.

Is this in relation to region Siperia?
(invaded, 5 natives, 4 left to form a new region)
I think there should be a difference between natives fleeing the scene of a battle so they can more easily work to get their region back, and those who simply abandon their region leaving it to the invaders. Both will look like natives moving out, but usually statements made in the new region will make the difference clear.

Never mind. That last native got kicked out, apparently.
13 hours ago: The Major of Steve Owen ejected The Empire of Stamilkia from the region.
13 hours ago: The Republic of Siperia is mine departed this region for 000000000000000

THe way I see it under the new ruleset if you leave, you are Gone, if you want to defend your region then you do it from within.
once you leave and regroup you then become counter invaders.
and must follow the rules of invasion. just as other invaders do.

This doesn't apply to any current situatation in NS,though I'm sure it's being played out many times over somewhere here.
I'm like most of you,I think logically and thank you all for your 2 cents :)
As very often evidenced in real life though, logic and law are quite often on opposite ends of the stick.
To quote Charles Dickens: "The Law is an a$$"
I'd like to see a concrete ruling in case I'm on either side in that situation.
Riddle me this: The UN nations of "Region A" were ejected and given the new p/word but instead of moving back to "Region A",they moved to "Region B".
If these UN nations are no longer considered natives of "Region A",can the new delegate now lock them out and ban them ?? Is "Region A" now screwed?????????????????
Anxiously awaiting an answer ro add to my rules of law 8)

Unfortunately, with invasions, new devices are being used to find loopholes in the rule. A very strict guide, binding and in-depth would be needed, however, players would still find ways around those laws set in stone.
Thus, as issues come up, they are dealt with, which have been seen throughout the last few months or so.

If they left region A and went to region B they are no longer considered
part of region A :)
