Passwords for Natives (Again)

I have a quick question. Let me give you the scenario and let me know what I should do.

I have become the delegate of a region that I was already a native of. I ejected some natives and gave them all the password. One of the natives, the one who was my greatest competition, Cassandrah (Corinthe), came back and then left. So I changed the password and posted in the HQ that I would give the password to the remaining members upon request. She said that I still have to give her the password. I'll wait a couple of minutes for a response on whether I shoudl give her the password, otherwise I will give her one because I don't want to be deleted. Thanks.

I gave her the password just to be safe, but if she were to come in and leave again or just not come back at all, could I change the password and not give it to her since she came in to post on the hq and left and since she poses a danger to my delegacy?

It is my understanding that if you are a native delegate, and there was no invasion, you are not required to give out the password.

Well, I have been in the region since it was formed. Its been my home region and my main nation (Georghiou) is there. I did have three people from outside the region come in, but I already had about 18 endorsements from natives. Two of the three that came to endorse me were natives that were ejected by Taria and were "stealing back the homeland" so to speak. I gave everyone the password just to be safe, but since I'm a not an invader and since she left, do I have to give her the password? What about anyone else. Sorry for the repeat thread. I stayed up all last night reading threads but I didn't read any regarding this exact situation.

We held elections, and Georghiou turned out to be an ungracefull loser. He rather be an outcast of our region, than play nice with the people who helped to form the region. Come on Georgiou, there is no harm done, that can't be undone. Remember, we used to be friends, but now you're in power, you forget about the old days, and simply eject your friends. Give the winner of the elections the region back, and I promise to forget everything. We never had problems before.

Let me double check the scenario here:

-Georghiou gained the delegacy, mostly via native endorsements, and not via invasion
-Cassandrah was ejected, but allowed to come back, which she did, and then left voluntarily
-Cassandrah then claimed she is due the password.
-Georghiou, not wanting to run the risk of being mislabeled a griefer, gave her the password again.

Now then, as I see it, Georghiou was NOT required to give the password out to anybody. The fact he did it as a courtesy to the people he ejected is fine and dandy, but not actually required.

For the hypothetical of "What if she comes back and leaves again, and I change the password, do I have to tell her the new one?", I would also have to say "No, you don't." If she leaves the region voluntarily and wants to come back, she can ask people for the password, but it is not required by the rules to give it to her.

But that's as far as the rules go. It sounds as though there's some internal politicking going on, but that isn't the mods' business.
