I am not sure if this has been mentioned before but the UN delegate of Germany has a Swastika on his flag. Have the rules changed lately to allow swastikas.

The rules have not changed. That flag is inappropriate. Best thing to do is report it via the Getting Help Page (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/page=help).

You know, with so many other flags, including the many that I made to sub in for swastikers I dont see why these folks still fly them, Although I bet he will be in here soon,
