Founder rights

I wish to get in contact with a moderator, so I can telegram them, and they can talk over this situation with me.
I wish to reform and renovate an old region that I'm particularly fond of, however, the old founder does not play on NS so much anymore. He would be willing to allow me Founder-ness- but he informs me (I have just brought my nation back from being inactive) that moderators no longer transfer founder-ness.
Could I get in touch with a moderator to talk it over via telegram?

The only current way of changing foundership is to have everyone move out of a region, leave it for however long it takes for the game update to roll though and delete it, then refound it.

After the move to Jolt, the current Founder will be able to appoint an 'heir.' This will mean that when the Founder dies of inactivity, the 'heir' becomes Founder.

this is a idea I have been thinking about for a while,
How bout a Semi founder for the pacifics,
kind of like a Protector, for exsample, the EP WP and SP have had the same dleegates for almost a year, perhaps give them founderish status for such long terms? perhaps allow it to transfer to a new delegate if they remain there long enough.

just an idea.

Yeah, sure, give you people permanent powers in the feeder regions, thereby completely changing the game dynamic... umm hmm good idea.

wow, that sounds like a real cool idea, but now that i think about it, it's gonna change the game A LOT, especially for invaders.

Is this a definite, or is it up for discussion?

Up for discussion, won't happen for a while - if at all.
