I would like to report an alarming message I received from [name removed]. It told me that I am a pathetic ass wipe and shoupd be deleted, althought I have done nothing wrong! i demand justice
I find this highly unlikely, but I suggest you edit that message to remove the name and report this by the getting help page.
Edit the name out (It is unfair: Innocent until proven guilty.), use a different Nation, and I think this is a job for the getting help page.

This is a case for the Getting Help (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/page=help) page. Do not delete the offending telegram, the moderators will need to see it to prove any violation.

Goobergunchia is correct - next time, don't delete any offending telegrams you recieve until a moderator has looked at it.
